This role is vital in enhancing the member experience, optimising operational efficiencies, and promoting the club’s reputation as a premier golfing destination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the day - to - day operations of the Retail Shop and Golf Operations Department in accordance with the club's strategic objectives.
Oversee and provide guidance for the Golf Operations team in regards to all administrative aspects of the department such as timesheets, program of events, and general golf scheduling.
Work closely with the Clubhouse Manager to ensure the successful delivery of golf events and non golfing events.
Manage the coaching program, including management of all coaching staff.
Contribute to Marketing and Communication initiatives to promote club offerings and services.
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant club culture.
Proven experience in similar golf management or golf retail leadership role;
Previous experience working with Miclub golf software and competition management software
Passionate about delivering excellent member service
Knowledge of safety standards and club management best practices
Enthusiastic about golf and community engagement
