Reporting to the Centenary Park Venue Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering exceptional operational management across the golf business.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Customer Experience
- Operations Management
- Leadership & People Management
- Stock Management and Control
- Facility Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Sales System Management,
- Financial Reporting and General Administration
- Workplace Health and Safety
- Golf industry and management experience
- PGA Qualification (advantageous but not essential)
- Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment
- Excellent customer service, administration and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Energetic and vibrant approach
- Solid business and financial acumen
- Extensive knowledge of community sport and recreation and community event activations
- Ability to work a varied roster, including weekend work
- Police check & Working with Children Check
