General Operations • Leading the overall golf shop operations and delivery of agreed objectives in accordance with the business plan. • Managing golf competitions and events, tee times, course access, member & visitor bookings in conjunction with the Events Manager • Golf Equipment Repairs – oversee this role and obtain staff training where required • Member & Guest Services – Hosting members and visitors. Going the extra mile to deliver a memorable experience • Oversee the Range Ball & Cart team and their duties • Complete the Shop & Range/Cart teams rosters • Cover in the shop when necessary • Load all shop invoices and report on stock levels • Work from the shop for an allocated number of hours per week We may also look to have this role look after some other areas like Social Media, including retail , driving range , Greenfee & Membership promotions. Applicants should have their own transport.
