Heller Golfis seeking multiple candidates to fill the role of Golf Operations Assistant, delivering the day to day operation of the brand new, state-of-the art Sir Bob Charles Golf Centre. The position is listed as casual, however part-time and full-time roles may be available to the right candidate. Position Description As a key member of the facility’s operations team, the Golf Operations Attendant reports to the Heller Golf Operations Manager, and attends to driving range operational requirements. These tasks include: * Driving Range Operations Setting and packing up the Driving Range before and after use Collection of range balls Implementing and supporting Operational Policy and Procedures Managing payments for range usage at reception Managing bookings and payments for the Teaching and Fitting Centre Assisting Members, Clearwater Golf Club Access Members and guests with their needs to deliver a superior practice facility experience * Setting and packing up the Driving Range before and after use * Collection of range balls * Implementing and supporting Operational Policy and Procedures * Managing payments for range usage at reception * Managing bookings and payments for the Teaching and Fitting Centre * Assisting Members, Clearwater Golf Club Access Members and guests with their needs to deliver a superior practice facility experience * Retail Selling of Merchandise relating to Driving Range requirements Ensuring retail space is presented in a clean and effective manner * Selling of Merchandise relating to Driving Range requirements * Ensuring retail space is presented in a clean and effective manner * Administration Contacting customers regarding custom orders Coordinating delivery of goods as required Ensuring payment of customer orders Completing inventory requirements * Contacting customers regarding custom orders * Coordinating delivery of goods as required * Ensuring payment of customer orders * Completing inventory requirements What Heller Golf is looking for: A motivated confident individual(s) looking to work in a brand new facility in the golf industry. Rosters will be across seven days with opening hours ranging from 6am until 9pm. Knowledge of golf is preferred, however this can be trained if a candidate presents with the right attitude and commitment to learning and following policy and procedure. Staff will have complimentary access to the facility to use in their leisure as part of their employment.
