Monash Country Club is a private golf club located on the northern beaches of Sydney in a beautiful bushland setting.
This role represents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate looking to work casually within the golf operations team at Monash Country Club.
Reporting to the Head Professional, the successful applicant must be well presented, honest, reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a good work ethic and have the skills to work within a professional shop team.
Weekends and Public Holidays will be a requirement of the position.

Duties Include but are not limited to :
- Maintain high quality service standards for members and guests.
- Keep up to date with industry technologies, equipment, and general knowledge with a view to always improving the current operation of the Professional shop.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Professional Shop in line with The Club’s policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, and all members, guests, and visitors.
- Daily administration of competitions, time sheets, and results.
- Assist in Golf equipment repairs.
- Present and maintain the Professional Shop to an excellent standard.
- Assist with the management of the Golf Cart fleet, member club storage & Driving Range ball collection.
- An understanding of golf competitions and administration.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service, displaying an enthusiastic can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Organized, punctual, and reliable.
- Immaculate presentation and professional standards.
- Flexibility on working days including weekends and public holidays.
