Located in Sydney’s north adjacent to the Kuring-Gai National Park, is an 18 hole par 70 golf course.
The golf course is one of the best in the area with the role seeing tge successful candidate joining a motivated and knowledgeable team. With over 85 years experience serving the golfing and social needs of the local community.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Golf Course Mechanic at Asquith Golf Club located in Mount Colah, NSW. The Golf Course Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing golf course equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in proper working condition. The role includes inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance tasks on golf course mowers, tractors, irrigation systems, and other equipment. The Golf Course Mechanic will also collaborate with the golf course management team to develop maintenance schedules and ensure that all equipment meets safety standards.

Qualifications
- Experience in golf course maintenance or similar mechanical roles
- Knowledge of small engine repair and maintenance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues
- Ability to operate and maintain golf course equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the golf course management team
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, if required
- Trade certification in mechanical or related field is a plus
