- Formulate and implement operational procedures
- Generate regular reports on financial performance
- Review course usage and make recommendations
- Ensure accurate processing of sales
- Efficiently roster staff and monitor labor costs
- Lead, coach, and develop the Golf operations team
- Supervise upkeep and cleanliness of equipment and facilities
- Facilitate accurate reservations and booking systems
- Develop yield management strategies
- Coordinate plans with events and restaurant teamsRequirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience as a Golf Manager
- Experience with MiClub booking system is highly desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and information
- High level of business professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively
- Advanced computer skills
- Thorough understanding of golf requirements
- Ability to work effectively as both a team member and autonomously
