What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the Charge: Oversee day-to-day operations of our vibrant mini golf course, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish—always with a smile! You’ll be a hands-on leader who thrives in managing both the big picture and the small details.

• Guest Experience Guru: Make sure every guest walks away with a smile! Whether they’re here for a birthday party, a family outing, or a casual date night, you’ll ensure everyone has a blast.

• Business Development: Work with the management team to create growth strategies that drive revenue—whether that’s through corporate events, school programs, local partnerships, birthday parties or group bookings. You’ll seek out new opportunities and nurture relationships that keep our business booming.

• Event Mastermind: Plan and execute special events, tournaments, and themed nights that will put us on the map as the go-to mini golf destination in town. Think glow-in-the-dark nights, holiday extravaganzas, and epic competitions!

• Creative Visionary: Bring your innovative ideas to life by continuously improving the course and customer experience. Whether it’s new challenges, decorations, or seasonal features, you'll keep things fresh and exciting.

• Marketing and Outreach: Partner with the Noosa Hills team to promote events, build social media buzz, and develop community outreach programs that increase visibility and drive foot traffic.

• Independent Leadership: Take ownership of daily operations and business growth strategies. You’ll be able to manage projects, solve problems, and make decisions on the fly without constant oversight, allowing you to drive success and maintain the smooth flow of operations.
