*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities and landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance tasks, including irrigation, landscape maintenance, and general equipment operation of a golf course. If you have a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and ensuring equipment operates smoothly, we want to hear from you. *Duties* * Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. * Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, and trimming to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the grounds. * Manage irrigation systems, including installation, repair, and seasonal adjustments to ensure optimal water usage. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks. * Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas needing repair or improvement. * Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently. *Skills* * Proficient in irrigation system management and repairs. * Experience in landscape maintenance practices and techniques. * Strong knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care. * Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. * Familiarity with lawn care practices including fertilization and pest control. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
