Full job description
The golf course grounds crew position will assist in all responsibilities that include turf grass/plant material maintenance, pesticide applications, irrigation maintenance, tree and branch limbing, and assisting in clubhouse repair projects.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:.
1. Possess a participating knowledge of the game of golf
2. Exhibits values and integrity at the highest level
3. Possess high energy and enthusiasm to work with people of all ages and skills
4. Exhibits a “Team Builder” approach of a person who provides feedback and support, and who is respectful and professional in all interpersonal dealings
5. Ability to work independently, be a self-starter and problem solver
6. Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- Perform tasks such as mowing fairways, roughs, and greens, as well as trimming trees, bushes, and hedges.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to maintain healthy turf and control weeds, pests, and diseases.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, tractors, and sprayers, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Assist in irrigation system maintenance and repair, ensuring proper water distribution throughout the golf course.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, presenting a well-groomed and visually appealing golf course.
- Repair any upgrades needed for course improvements such as new tee boxes or clubhouse projects.
- Work on any repair the golf cart fleet may have.
