Golf Course Maintenance - Pine Ridge Golf Club
Company Description: Pine Ridge Golf Club is located minutes North of the Winnipeg Perimeter. Pine Ridge is a private, Donald Ross design 18-hole course, providing a challenging but true golf experience for our members and their guests.
Positions to be filled: 4 Part-time (seasonal employment)
Duties: All aspects related to the maintenance of the Club, which include:
· Moving of greens, tees, fairways, and rough - riding and push mowing
· Bunker maintenance
· Trimming and weeding
· Daily course setup
· Hand watering of turf
· Sodding
· And all other jobs required by the Superintendent and Management Team
Qualifications: Successful candidates will be self-motivated, dedicated, reliable, and organized. Previous experience in the field is an asset.
· Basic understanding of the game of golf
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work efficiently with others as well as by yourself
· Must have valid driver’s license *there is no public transportation/bus routes that come out to Pine Ridge Golf Club*
Job Requirements: All candidates must be willing to fulfill these requirements:
· Must be able to work early mornings (Monday to Friday, ~5:00 AM - 10:30 AM)
· Ability to work in all weather conditions - rain and shine
· Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
· Must be flexible with availability
Playing and practice privileges are available for employees.
