Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including landscape maintenance and garden care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both hand and power tools, with the ability to effectively maintain outdoor spaces while ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and golf course set up tasks.
• Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that all maintenance equipment is kept in good working order and report any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or repairs as required.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in all work areas.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
