Responsibilities:
- Must be able to perform physical labor such as raking, trimming, mowing, etc.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Must be able to inspect small equipment prior to using
Weekend availability a must.
Bilingual preferred but not necessary.
Drug free workplace.
Skills:
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for various maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping and lawn care techniques, including irrigation and landscape maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Be able to operate-golf cart, lawn mower
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and residents. Team player.
