Responsibilities
- Operate appliances and equipment
- Irrigation & plumbing repair
- Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
- Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
- Basic knowledge of mowing equipment
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Machine Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
