Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Golf Instructor with a passion for teaching golf and existing clients in the area. The aim of Golfzon Range is to make it faster for golfers to learn and improve their golf game using the latest technology blended with clear and simple instruction from Leadbetter certified instructors.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Deliver golf instruction to golfers of all ages and ability levels
• Maintain active verbal and written communication with clients and co-workers
• Provide group instruction to classes of up to six golfers
• Provide coaching to support our junior golf programming
• Proactively market lessons to members by providing tips and guidance to golfers practicing
• Support member acquisition and retention
• Deliver new customer orientation and provide training on how to use simulators
• Support facility operations as an active member of the team
• Deliver facility tours to new prospective clients
• Create social media content to promote the facility and lesson offerings
Experience
• Experience providing private and group golf instruction
• Knowledge of swing fundamentals
• Knowledge of ball flight law
• Ability to identify swing faults and offer the appropriate fixes and drills
• Comfort teaching indoors on launch monitors
• Experience in swing video analysis
• Ability to demonstrate playing ability at a high level
