So Golf Academy is the most professional and influential family-friendly indoor golf academy in the Chinese community in the Greater Toronto Area. We aim to promote golf and to help players improve their skills and self-confidence as well as to increase their opportunities to learn from each other while enjoying all the great benefits and joys of golf. So golf Academy houses the most advanced professional golf training equipment to help players correct swing posture, enhance muscle memory and to improve overall performance by using advanced technologies. Our facility is open for all ages for fun, practice, professional lessons/training, games, and events. With our business rapidly growing, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced golf professional who will be responsible for all aspects of golf training and coaching to join our coaches’ team.
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: $10,000.00-$30,000.00 per year

Our facility is open for all ages for fun, practice, professional lessons/training, games, and events. With our business rapidly growing, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced golf professional who will be responsible for all aspects of golf training and coaching to join our coaches’ team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plans and prepares all coaching and practice sessions in accordance with the academy
- Assess the performance and skill development of students and partners with other coaches for continued development
- Helps with the psychological preparation of the students
- Develops motivational approach to practice and game
- Interacts with the students as an educator and mentor of golf
- Skilled and proficient in all training techniques
- Assures proper safety is maintained within the academy
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1+ years of professional golf coaching experience
- Ability to teach and coach the sport of golf and motivate students
- Effective communication skills and time management
- Must be an easy-going, friendly individual who possesses a cooperative and team spirit
Pay: $10,000.00-$30,000.00 per year
