New England Golf and Tennis Camp is looking for current college Golfers or Golf Coaches to join our amazing team for the summer job of a lifetime!
As a Counselor and Golf Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering our top-notch golf program. Working closely with our team of top PGA professionals, you will have the opportunity to inspire and mentor campers, fostering their love for the game and helping them enhance their skills. This is an exciting chance for college golfers to share their passion for golf, gain valuable coaching experience, and have an unforgettable summer experience.
New England Golf and Tennis Camp is a co-ed camp for ages 7 to 17 located on the shores of the crystal-clear Salmon Lake in Belgrade, Maine. Our unique program combines the professional training, instruction and focus of a junior golf camp and tennis specialty camp with the warmth, fun and community of a traditional Maine overnight summer camp. On our picturesque 60-acre site, we hold host to a 300 yard driving range and a five hole executive golf course

Responsibilities:
* Assist our Golf Director and PGA Professionals with the planning and execution of golf lessons and clinics.
* Provide individualized instruction to campers based on their skill levels.
* Supervise and engage campers during golf activities and ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
* Assist with organizing and coordinating golf tournaments and events.
* Act as a mentor and role model for campers, encouraging sportsmanship and teamwork.
* Outside of activity time, you’ll have the opportunity to supervise and mentor group of 6 to 10 campers alongside 2 to 3 co-counselors.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A strong interest and background in golf.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and individually.
* Passion for coaching and mentoring young individuals.
* Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for campers.
