American Heritage School is currently seeking a head coach for our girls golf program. Candidates must have previous coaching experience, an enduring love of youth, a love of teaching and learning, and a desire to work in a faith-based atmosphere aligned with the values taught by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The head coach will need to be available to teach the girls golf class from roughly 2-3 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Will also need to be available during the day for about eight golf tournaments from March to May. The girls golf head coach will model for student athletes striving to become more Christlike, and will use golf to build Christian character. Teaching and coaching duties will begin January 2024.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, group management and leadership skills. They should be professional in appearance and demeanor with a willingness to uphold and serve as ambassadors for the AHS Mission, Honor Code, and Diversity Statement on and off-campus.
Seasonal Stipend based upon experience.
Position available immediately for this school year. Applications are being accepted until the position is filled.
