Are you passionate about maintaining beautiful landscapes and taking on hands-on maintenance tasks? Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping spaces well-kept and inviting? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Gardener & Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work some weekend shifts.
Your Role:
As a Gardener & Handyman at Dubbo Golf Club, you will play a key role in maintaining our stunning course and facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Gardening & Landscaping: Mowing, trimming, edging, planting, pruning, and general upkeep of gardens and green spaces.
Irrigation & Lawn Care: Managing irrigation systems and ensuring our grounds remain lush and healthy.
General Maintenance: Performing basic repairs, painting, and handyman tasks around the club.
Pest & Disease Control: Identifying and managing pests and plant diseases to maintain a thriving landscape.
Equipment Use & Upkeep: Operating and maintaining groundskeeping tools and machinery.
Member Assistance: Creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the club remains an enjoyable place for all.
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for landscaping, gardening, and hands-on maintenance work.
Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a similar role (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
