Job Description: We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Guest Relations agent to join the Hotel Camiral (a 5-star hotel) As Guest Relations, you will deal with the needs of VIP Guests and inform other Team Members of VIP needs in order to ensure an exceptional Guest experience. Tareas You will be also in charge of the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards: - Welcome the arriving guests - Coordinate Guest inquiries and ensure hotel departments are informed of their requirements - Concierge services - Follow up on guest complains - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate - Act in accordance with policies and procedures **Requisitos**: **Requirements**: **Minimum academic qualification**: University **Minimum experience**: 1 year **Professional category**: Employee **Residence**: From the province of the vacant Mandatory - Previous experience in a similar position in the hotel industry - Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service - Ability to work under pressure - High level of English, French and Spanish (spoken/written) - An ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs Desirable -Knowledge of other languages -Previous experience in a similar position in 5 star hotels-International experience Beneficios - Contrato estable (fijo-discontinuo) - Salario según convenio de Hostelería de Catalunya 5* - Manutención incluida (¡olvídate del tupper!) - Horario intensivo y rotativo.
