Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds/Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and playability of our golf course and facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in a job well done.
Responsibilities
- Mow and maintain fairways, greens, roughs, and tee boxes
- Operate a variety of turf maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Assist with irrigation maintenance and repair
- Perform landscaping tasks such as trimming, edging, and debris cleanup
- Apply sand, topdressing, or fertilizer as directed
- Maintain bunkers and assist with course setup for daily play
- Support facility maintenance tasks as needed
- Prior golf course or landscaping experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required
