About the Role
Willowdale Golf Club is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join the Grounds Crew Maintenance Team from May through October. This is a part time position consisting of aproximatley 20 hours per week.
A candidate must be able to do a minimum of three days per week ideally M,W,F, plus two to three 2.5 hour weekend morning shifts per month. Weekdays and total hours per day are open for discussion to accommodate both of us.

What You’ll Do
- Course Preparation: Perform daily setup to ensure the course is ready for play.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of specialized mowers for greens, tees, fairways plus bunker rake, utility vehicles and tractors.
- Turf Care: Assist with spring clean up, divot filling, trimming, debris removal, bunker maintenance and general outdoor projects we have planned.
- 6:00 a.m. start time
- Weekends: Monthly rotating weekend shifts will be required, 6:00a.m.-8:30a.m.
- Experience preferred but can train a candidate with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, ability to follow directions and work well with others to be a team player.
- License: A valid Driver’s License is required.
- Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/hour based on experience.
