Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing Under the supervision of the Grounds Management Team, the grounds attendant willbe responsible for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to:

• Daily mowing of both golf course and landscape turf, using walking and ridingmowers
• General landscape maintenance tasks using rakes, shovels and other landscapehand tools
• Operation of debris blowers, string trimmers, chainsaws and other small powertools, trimmers and equipment
• Operating golf course carts and utility vehicles
• Golf course set up work, including sand bunker maintenance, divot filling, fillingwater coolers, changing hole locations, moving tee markers, etc.
• Working on landscape beds, watering flowers, planting, clean up, etc.
• Cleaning of equipment and maintenance areas
• Assist in all tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications: What You Need for this Position

• Ability and willingness to work extended hours, including weekend and holidayshifts
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors, subject to pre-dawn hours and adverseconditions such as heat, cold and rain
• Perform manual/physical labor for extended periods
• Physical agility to push/pull, squat, twist, turn, sit or stand for extended periodsof time
• Lift a minimum of 50lbs., unassisted
• Ability to safely operate motorized equipment
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Comply with all rules and regulations as stated, whether verbal or written
• Work as a productive, respectful team member with other golf course / club staff
