Our clieng is in search of an outgoing high0energy General Manager for their exclusive golf club. This role is very collabirative to ensure guests receive a World Class Experience.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with the corporate to manage and execute programming, marketing plans, sales, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee all financial planning and end-to-end hiring for the club.
- Offer recommendations for general policies established; specific operational policies, programs, procedures, and methods in concert with general policies
- Coordinate the club's monthly quarterly, annual and long-term business plans along with budget planning.
- Maintain a warm and inviting club culture.
General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years in GM leadership in Luxury Hotels, Golf /Private Club environment
- 5+ years in food and beverage operational/service standards.
- Progressive leadership style
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills
