Role Description
The Golf General Manager oversees all daily operations of a golf facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and smooth coordination across golf, hospitality, and maintenance departments. With 5–10 years of industry experience, the GM is expected to bring strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of golf facility management. The General Manager will work collaboratively with department heads and the management to optimize business processes and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, requiring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
- PGA/LPGA / CDMip membership or certification is an advantage.
- 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in golf operations, hospitality, or club management.
- Proven track record in budgeting, staff leadership, and customer service.
- Experience managing multi‑department operations.
