In addition, the marshal team will be responsible for the Tee Captain role of starting golfers on time while informing them of the round expectations.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentify slow groups and maintain a reasonable pace of play.Communicate with the team through radio and Tagmarshal software.Ensure that all guests are adhering to course rules and golf etiquette.Monitor the course at all times by moving around the entire grounds.Supply guests with needed supplies and/or information.Responsible for safety on the course, including the performance of CPR and first aid.Ensure the cleanliness and usability of teeing areas and the course in general
Maintain a high level of communication with each and every guest on the course.Assist in filling divots during slow periods on the golf course
Maintain and fill water containers on the course.Assist in the staging of carts for tournaments and related needs.Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.Perform reasonable tasks and projects as assigned by the Head Pro/Manager, Superintendent or Assistant managers.Assist the superintendent and greens crew whenever possible.Maintain radio communication with the Pro Shop at all times
Serve as Tee Captain when needed to start golfers on time and give them the necessary expectations for the round.Absolutely Required SkillsFriendly and willing to work hard
