We’re proud to offer one of Sydney’s best public golf experiences — and now, we're looking for the right person to help us keep it that way.
We’re on the hunt for a full-time Groundsman to join our friendly, hardworking team of 10 course maintenance staff. Whether you’re a qualified greenkeeper or just someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for working outdoors, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working hands-on to help maintain our 18-hole championship course to top condition
Supporting the Course Superintendent and fellow team members in daily operations
Participating in regular rostered weekend work (paid at penalty rates)
Assisting with course preparations for special events and busy periods (some overtime required)
Experience on golf courses is ideal — but we’re happy to train the right person
Current Australian driver’s licence
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
An understanding of golf is a bonus — but not a must
Work on one of Sydney’s most scenic and historic public courses
Be part of a supportive, enthusiastic team
Enjoy stable full-time hours (38/week) plus weekend penalties and overtime opportunities
