ClubLink is Hiring! Golf eCommerce- Accounting Associate- Rolling Hills Golf Club The Accounting Associate will play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations, supporting financial accuracy across our eCommerce channels. This role works closely with operations and the fulfillment team to ensure smooth financial reporting and reconciliation. Key Responsibilities Process and record daily transactions, including sales, refunds, and chargebacks across eCommerce platforms Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and payment processors (Moneris, PayPal, etc.) Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Support month-end close activities and financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Help manage inventory accounting and cost of goods sold Assist with sales tax tracking and compliance Identify discrepancies and support process improvements Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (eCommerce experience is a plus) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Experience with accounting software Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with inventory-based or eCommerce businesses considered an asset.
