Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused individual to join our Golf Shop team for the 2026 season. This role is centered on daily golf shop operations and providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
· Manage tee time bookings, check-ins, and POS transactions
· Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally
· Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and shop presentation
· Support tournaments, events, and league operations
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop
· Enforce club policies and pace-of-play standards positively
Required Qualifications
· Previous golf shop or retail customer service experience required
· Golf knowledge required
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Professional demeanor and positive attitude
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
· POS and basic computer skills
Schedule Requirements
· Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
· Morning, mid-day, and evening shifts
