Pro Shop Customer Service Assistant
Jimmy Mo's Pro Shop is operational at the Indian Hill Golf Course, a busy 9-hole facility that is 25 minutes East of Lethbridge, just off Highway 512. We have a very solid and active Membership base, lots of green fees guest play, a busy Tournament Schedule, and a Campground across the road that has approximately 55 annual sites as well as nightly rentals. Jimmy Mo’s Pro Shop is currently looking to hire 1, possibly 2 people to fill the following Pro Shop Customer Service Assistant positions:
Duties and Responsibilities, although not limited to: - Day to day operations: answering telephones, booking tee times, checking people in, controlling t-sheet - Daily cash management, open and closing procedures - Merchandising: stocking, organizing and selling - Tournaments and Leagues: assisting with organizing, executing and delivering excellent service - Driving range maintenance - Keeping the Pro Shop and surrounding area clean and neat - power cart fleet maintenance
Qualities required:
- Punctual and dependable - Positive attitude - Team player - Honest - Enthusiastic - Exceptional customer service skills, both oral and written
