About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Golf Course Mechanic to join our maintenance team. Reporting directly to the Course Superintendent, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and ongoing maintenance of all turf machinery and equipment.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Golf Course Mechanic to join our maintenance team. Reporting directly to the Course Superintendent, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and ongoing maintenance of all turf machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Servicing and repairing a wide range of turf equipment including mowers, tractors, and small engines
Diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic faults
Implementing a preventative maintenance program
Grinding and setting cutting units to ensure optimal turf quality
Maintaining accurate service records and parts inventory
Ensuring equipment is safe, compliant, and operating efficiently
Assisting the course team as required during busy periods
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as a mechanic (small engines, diesel, or turf equipment highly regarded)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
A current driver’s licence
Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
