The Greens Maintenance Department at Cobble Hills Golf Course is seeking a motivated individual for the 2024 golf season to assist in providing quality playing conditions to our members and guests. You will work with our team, preparing the golf course on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining general cleanliness of the golf course grounds
· Changing holes on putting greens
· Mowing of tees and greens
· Light machinery maintenance and cleaning
· Sodding projects and golf course improvements
· Line trimming and rotary mowing of landscape areas
· Bunker maintenance including raking and mowing surrounding areas
· Divot maintenance on fairways
· Minor irrigation repairs and operation
· Tree maintenance and cleanup
Requirements:
· Ability to work fulltime hours from April to October
· Ability to work early mornings (5:30 am)
· Reliable transportation
· Physically able to complete a wide variety of tasks
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Available for some weekends and holidays
· Ability to work in inclement weather
Work Experience:
Previous work on a golf course or landscaping is beneficial, but not necessary.
Compensation:
· Full time seasonal hours from April-October
· Salary: $17-20/hr depending on experience
