With proud roots dating back to the 1930s, Eastlake combines rich history, a welcoming community, and stunning city views. We're home to one of Sydney's best public golf experiences — and we're looking for a dedicated Groundsman to help keep our course in top shape.
About the Role
You'll join our friendly team of 10 maintenance professionals, working hands-on to keep our 18-hole championship course in pristine condition.
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) with opportunities for weekend penalty rates and overtime.

Your day-to-day will include:
Maintaining and presenting the golf course to championship standards
Supporting the Course Superintendent and team in daily operations
Participating in rostered weekend work (paid at penalty rates)
Assisting with course prep for special events and busy periods
We welcome all levels of experience — whether you're a qualified greenkeeper or just love working outdoors with a strong work ethic.
Essential:
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Must hold valid Australian work rights including work visa
Current full driver's licence required
Previous experience on a golf course or in turf maintenance
An understanding or interest in golf
Work on one of Sydney's most scenic and historic public golf courses
Be part of a supportive, enthusiastic, and professional team
