Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive golf training curriculum for athletes of various skill levels.
- Provide individual and group coaching sessions focused on improving golf techniques, skills, and overall performance.
- Assess players' strengths and weaknesses to create personalized development plans.
- Organize and supervise practice sessions, drills, and training activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages sportsmanship, teamwork, and individual growth.
- Stay current on industry trends, coaching methodologies, and golf-related advancements to continuously enhance coaching techniques.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities, events, and competitions.
- Coaching Certification (preferred)
- First aid (preferred)
- Previous Coaching experience
- Vulnerable Sector Background Check (required upon hiring)
- Do you have reliable transportation to commute to various locations/times according to various game/practice schedules?
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
