The Opportunity:
We are hiring enthusiastic, responsible, and golf-savvy coaches to join our Summer Golf Camp at Weber Park Golf Course. This hands-on coaching position is ideal for anyone who loves working with kids, brings positive energy, and thrives in an outdoor teaching environment. Whether you're a college golfer, a golf instructor in training, or someone passionate about the sport, this role offers the perfect summer job. Staff training is something we take seriously. There will be over multiple days of training in May and June before camps starts. Golf Camp starts Monday, June 8th, through August 14th. All coaches will work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 1:00pm.
What You’ll Do:
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver fun, safe, and structured golf instruction using CSOG’s established lesson plans and curriculum
- Supervise and coach a group of up to 4 junior golfers at a time
- Manage games, drills, and on-course activities that build both golf skills and enjoyment
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence with students, parents, and fellow coaches
- Assist with daily camp setup, organization, and cleanup
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence in young golfers
- Prior experience working with kids (camps, coaching, teaching, babysitting, etc.)
- Must have, Golf experience (competitive or recreational) and a strong understanding of the game
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and engage small groups
- Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow a set curriculum while adapting to student needs
- Must be available for weekday shifts between June and August.
- Background in junior golf, physical education, or youth development
- CPR or First Aid certification is a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
