Essential Duties

1. Receives and posts payment for greens fee, cart fees, retail purchases and other purchases as needed.

2. Opens and closes golf shop as per policies and procedures.

3. Sells and Promotes Morton Golf Connect Program

4. Follows all Golf Shop operational procedures.

5. Explains reservation system and how by using the Morton Golf Website, customers will receive the best possible rates.

6. Manages cash by filling out start up cash at beginning shift and by settling cash at end of shift

7. Supports the tournament operations by offering help where needed to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction

8. Makes sure counters, drawers and displays are cleaned and organized.

Qualifications

The following Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experiences are necessary for someone to be considered for this position. All qualifications must comply with provincial human rights legislation:

• Education – High School Diploma
