What you'll be doing
Providing prompt and friendly service to customers at the bar, Keno, TAB, and gaming facilities
Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Operating the Keno and TAB terminals and assisting customers with their transactions
Monitoring gaming machines and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations
Handling cash and balancing tills
Restocking and maintaining a clean and organised bar and gaming area
Adhering to all health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements
Prior experience working in a bar, Keno, TAB, or gaming environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly and welcoming experience
Excellent cash handling and money management skills
Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulations
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain
