What we are Looking For:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Back Shop/Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Back Shop/Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about golf carts
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Set up and maintenance of owners carry bags and clubs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
Experience
- Previous experience in a Back shop or guest service role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests
