POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

To assist in all areas of merchandising while maintaining a satisfactory level of customer service to members and their guests.

EDUCATION

· High School Education preferred

· Experience with retail and merchandising management

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Customer Service

· Develop customer service and member relations to develop into merchandise sales.

• Build and maintain a member profile notebook.
• Assist with the special orders.

Inventory Management

· Responsible for the shop's appearance by maintaining and creating visual displays, dusting, straightening and restocking.

• Assist in monthly physical inventory.
• Responsible for keeping stockroom organized and neat.
• Maintain par stock levels.

Other Duties

· Assist in coordinating and conducting special events such as trunk shows to generate supplemental sales.

• Perform special projects as deemed necessary by management.

· Must demonstrate a positive attitude at all times

· Must provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT

· Lifting boxes, some in excess of 30 pounds.

· Holidays and weekends are required

· Directly To: Director of Golf

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.85 per hour
