Summary:
The Golf Beverage Cart Attendant at Rosen Hotels & Resorts provides outstanding guest service on the golf course by serving drinks, collecting payment, and offering food and beverages. The Golf Beverage Cart Attendant ensures customer satisfaction and upholds Company Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding guest service on the golf course, serving drinks, and collecting payment.
- Offer food and beverages to guests on the golf course, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stock carts and maintain the cleanliness of the beverage cart and golf course.
- Extensively walk, bend, lift to lbs., and handle food for the entire shift.
- Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Must have a Florida State driver's license in current good standing.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to drive golf cart or company assigned vehicle.
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
