Golf Shop Attendant -Full time and Casual Positions
Purpose
The Golf Shop Attendant will support the Golf Operations team in providing the highest level of service in both retail and golf operations, ensuring Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club offers a ‘First Class’ golfing experience.
The successful applicant will assist the Golf Operations team to consistently provide professional service to members and guests. They should have experience within the golf industry or love the game, but do not need to be a certified PGA member.
The successful applicant must be availability to work during the week and have flexibility on weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing duties.
- Maintain the retail section of the Golf Shop in a neat, orderly, and appealing manner.
- Answer the telephone in a timely & polite manner.
- Ensuing that members and their guests experience the best of PK.
- Work efficiently in a retail environment organising & completing daily work activities.
- Undertaking range duties when required.
- Assist in monthly stocktake procedures.
- Assist in purchasing and ordering stock.
- Cleaning and upkeep of golf carts.
- Accurate transaction for goods and services
- Daily cleaning and wiping of all surfaces in retail area.
- Proactively support a safe work environment
- A great work ethic and willingness to be part of a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills – oral & written to a strong standard.
- Work efficiently in a retail environment organising & completing daily work activities.
- Always provide the highest standard of service to the members & guests.
- Experience working in the golf industry.
- Availability to work during the week and have flexibility on public holidays and weekends.
