Job Description:
- Reporting to the Pro Shop Manager, the candidate will have strong customer service skills, and an emphasis is placed on member relations
- Golf Shop duties include:
- Greeting and registering all Members and Guests, setup/takedown for tournaments and events, tee time reservations
- Help elevate the Guest Experience at The Marshes golf club by anticipating the needs of Members and Guests
- Inventory Management, Merchandising and opening and closing procedures
- Handling guest payments
- Other duties as required
- Strong customer service background
- Dedication, responsibility and punctuality are a must, as well as the ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Excellent computer skills
- Willingness to learn about all facets of The Marshes Golf Shop
