Golf Cart Attendant – Part-Time Location: St. Augustine, FL Pay: $15 per hour Schedule: Flexible schedule between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., including weekends Hours: Part-time, up to 24 hours per week Job Summary We are seeking friendly, dependable and customer service-oriented Golf Cart Attendants to assist with daily golf course operations in St. Augustine, FL. This position is responsible for greeting golfers, maintaining golf carts, assisting with driving range operations and ensuring the facility remains clean, organized and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. Previous golf course experience is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist golfers and visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service while following facility policies and procedures. Assist with daily driving range operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization. Clean, inspect and prepare golf carts for daily use. Ensure golf carts are properly stocked with necessary supplies and ready for golfers. Monitor golf cart condition and report maintenance concerns or equipment issues to management. Rotate golf carts regularly to ensure even usage throughout the fleet. Maintain golf cart staging areas, driving range and surrounding workspaces. Remove trash, debris and waste to keep the facility clean, attractive and safe. Assist with organizing and storing golf carts and equipment. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork and a strong work ethic. Perform additional golf course support duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with golfers, visitors and coworkers. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to perform essential job duties. Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality. Patient, professional and calm when handling customer questions or concerns. Self-motivated, dependable and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Ability to follow instructions, facility policies and safety procedures. Willingness to perform hands-on work in an outdoor golf course environment. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Golf Cart Attendant or in golf course operations. Prior customer service, hospitality or recreational facility experience. Bilingual communication skills. Familiarity with golf carts, driving range operations or golf course equipment. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat and humidity. Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform routine physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to clean, organize and handle golf carts and related equipment safely. Comfortable working in an active, customer-focused outdoor environment. Work Schedule This is a part-time position offering up to 24 hours per week at $15 per hour.
