Wolf Run Golf Club is a year round facility. In our golfing offseason we run a full restaurant and golf simulator. This position is mainly for our simulator, however restaurant shifts are a possibility. Golf knowledge is not mandatory, but would be helpful. Potential for more offseason hours and full time in season hours.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the facility
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service, guest services, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting of heavy objects. Weekend availability is required.
