Position Overview Brunswick Country Club is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable *Golf Cart Attendant* to join our Outside Services team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys golf, takes pride in maintaining a professional appearance and organized work environment, and enjoys providing excellent service to members and their guests. The ideal candidate will have experience playing golf and preferably have previous experience working at a golf course or within the golf industry. *Schedule:* Afternoons, approximately 2–4 days per week. Responsibilities * Provide friendly, professional service to members and their guests with all golf cart and golf bag needs. * Stage and organize golf carts in an orderly and professional manner. * Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of golf carts. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cart staging area. * Ensure every staged cart meets club standards, including: * Tees * Towels * Scorecard * Pencil * Sand bottles/containers * Properly secured bag straps * Maintain the practice range and refill ball pyramids as needed. * Operate the range picker safely and efficiently to collect golf balls from the practice range. * Ensure range balls are properly washed, cleaned, and stored for future use. * Check and maintain water coolers throughout the golf course. * Operate golf carts in a safe and responsible manner while following all club safety standards. * At the conclusion of each day, transport golf carts to the cart barn. * Wash and clean golf carts as needed. * Properly plug golf carts into their chargers for overnight charging. * Assist the Outside Services team with other duties as needed to provide an exceptional experience for members and guests. Required Qualifications & Skills * Previous experience playing golf *required*. * Previous experience working at a golf course or within the golf industry *preferred*. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean and organized work areas. * Ability to safely operate golf carts and range equipment. * Dependable and punctual. * Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks associated with golf course operations. Professional Standards All Golf Cart Attendants are expected to maintain a professional appearance and represent Brunswick Country Club positively at all times. * Professional and friendly interaction with all members, guests, and coworkers. * Shirts must be tucked in while working. * Khaki shorts or pants with a belt are required. * Hats are optional and may be provided by the club. * Maintain a clean and presentable appearance throughout each shift. * Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and Outside Services standards. Pay: From $12.00 per hour Work Location: In person
