Golf Shop Attendant
Located near the beautiful Mornington Peninsula-Frankston area, PKCGC is a private member club, that has completed a full courses redevelopment project in recent years. This private club is one of our countries leading golf club facilities and offers the finest in Sandbelt Golf with new state of the art facilities.
Purpose
The Shop Attendant will support both the Golf Operations Team in providing the highest level of service in both retail and golf operations, ensuring Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club offers a First-Class Golf experience. The successful applicant will assist the Golf Operations team to consistently provide professional service to members and guests.
The successful applicant must be availability to work during the week and have flexibility on weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
· Opening and closing duties.
· Maintain the retail section of the Golf Shop in a neat, orderly, and appealing manner.
· Answer the telephone in a timely & polite manner.
· Ensuing that members and their guests experience the best of PKCGC.
· Accurate transaction for goods and services
· Undertake range duties when required.
· Daily cleaning and wiping of all surfaces in retail area.
· Proactively support a safe work environment
· Undertaking range duties when required.
· Assist in monthly stocktake procedures.
Skills & Expertise
· Excellent communication skills moral & written to a strong standard.
· A great work ethic and willingness to be part of a team environment.
· Work efficiently in a retail environment organising & completing daily work activities.
· Always provide the highest standard of service to the members & guests.
· Experience working in the golf industry.
· Availability to work during the week and have flexibility on public holidays and weekends.
