Stonebrook Golf Club is looking for a reliable, customer service-oriented Golf Cart Attendant. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our outside services. The ideal candidate to join our team is an individual who is positive, energetic and can provide a high level of customer service to our membership and their guests. Stonebrook Golf Club is looking for a reliable, customer service-oriented Golf Cart Attendant. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our outside services. The ideal candidate to join our team is an individual who is positive, energetic and can provide a high level of customer service to our membership and their guests. Candidate must be a team player and be prepared to work in a very active and high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and interacting with guests, providing information and also assisting them as and when required.
- Remove golf carts from the storage area and stage.
- Clean, detail, restock after each day.
- Document any golf cart damage or drivability issues.
- Assists in the closing procedures of the cart and practice facilities.
- Ensures that practice facilities are tidy and practice balls are restocked in golf shop throughout shift.
- Report any lost and find items to facilities management.
- Assist in performing general landscape duties as and when requested by the management.
- Performs any other duties as and when necessary or directed by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality as the job requires tremendous guest interaction.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, including rain and wind etc.
- The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis is a must.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform routine maintenance on golf carts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience with golf cart rentals or a similar customer service role is preferred, but not required.
