Essential Job Functions:
- Welcome guests on property in a professional manner
- Interaction with our guests is key; priority is to create an amazing experience for them
- Load guests' bags onto the golf carts
- Pick, clean, and hand out range balls
- Maintain cleanliness of the cart fleet and ensure they are in proper working order
- Maintain cleanliness rental clubs and keep them organized
- Clean the guests' clubs when they return from the course
- Be able to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate problem solving skills in a fast pace environment
Additional Compensation:
-Cash tips
-Service charges from golf events
-Health Benefits, PTO after probationary period
Essential physical requirements:
- Must be willing to work outside and on your feet for 7-8 hours at a time.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above.
