Golf Shop Associate
Seasonal FT and PT available
Employment now until early October

Predator Ridge Resort is celebrating our 33rd year and we employ 400 team members seasonally. We provide a

When you join the Retail Golf team you can be proud offering exceptional customer service, sales, and assistance
to all customers in person and on the phones.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Reporting to the Golf Shop & Retail Operations Manager, your main priority is checking guests in and processing
sales quickly and accurately. Daily you will ensure that the shop is merchandised well, stock is replenished, and
you are aware of new products available.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Learn and promote the development’s services, facilities, and amenities and be able to promote and
direct guests accordingly.
Promptly and accurately process sales.
Assist with shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow to maximize sales, customer
satisfaction, appearance, and brand.
Assist customers with requests in a professional manner whether they are in person or on the phone.
Manage, maintain, and report all merchandise stock as necessary.
Report any stock or shop defects to the Golf Operations Assistant Manager.
Assist with the upkeep of all equipment, fixtures and fabric belonging to The Shop and its respective
storage and sales areas.
Attend meetings and contribute to golf shop ideas and policy making as required.
Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Predator Ridge Resort.
Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous Customer Service retail experience handling cash.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing and lift heavy objects.
- Experience with computers and POS systems required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- WHMIS.
COMPENSATION:
- $18.50 per hour
