Position Title: Golf Bag Room/Cart Attendant

Job Description:

The Bag Room / Cart Attendant is responsible for initiating hospitality to our members and guests, with duties specifically related to the care, placement and storage of their golf clubs. Additional duties primarily include maintenance of golf carts, cart barn and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guest according to standards.
• Pulls golf bags from storage and places them on golf carts ready for use according to club standards.
• Places and stores golf clubs according to each member or guest need.
• Maintains cleanliness of cart barn and surrounding work areas.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards of each golf cart.
• Ensures adherence to complete golf cart maintenance program.
• Promote the game of golf at Naples Grande Golf Club.
• All communication is conducted in a professional manner according to guidelines.
• Maintains professional appearance in accordance to grooming standards.
• Be aware of and adhere to Naples Grande's policies and procedures.
• Remain alert, courteous and helpful to the members and guests at all times.
• Bring any areas of concern or ideas to improve operations to the Director of Golf's attention.
• Perform any other related duties as requested by supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Degree or G.E.D.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Friendly and service oriented.
• Driver’s license.
